ASBESTOS AND LEAD 9 times higher than federally
required Levels.
1998 Discovered one of the Teachers dying of Lung
Problem from Asbestos/Lead Infection
Heard many children who attended this school
may have died, some ill, others will continue to die
19 98 Sent a demand letter to Dept of Health to disclose
Names of Children, Parents Addresses/telephone
Numbers (Attendance between 1990 to 1998)
I was branded “WHISTLE BLOWER” and threatened
1998 (Ms. McGhee) Required me to “learn from former owner how to
“appreciate consultants.” NO ! NO! I SAID !!
1998 (Ms. McGhee) Required us to “go to lunch and talk.” NO !
1998(Ms. McGhee) Sent a note instructing that “former owners
were grateful and gave gifts, not bribe.”

I said, “come back when my children wakes up, (6 Violations/1 Tribunal ) You cannot simply walk in and frequently disrupt
and abuse them by frequently measuring floors
which do not move, and walking on their covers
and forcibly arousing them time and again.
6/29/99(Mr. H. Philips) Came to inspect Class Capacity, Food and water.
“Hot water not hot enough, No public water
test.” Gave us 3 violations.
7/1 to 8/15/99 9 SURPRISE VISITS
Mr. Phillips, Mcghee, Ms. Taylor and unknown 2 other consultants made
9 visits and gave 17 violations. 11 of the violations were given to Administrator because “she was not there to give us files.” Others for 6 “surprise visits, 6 violations,” why? “You did not wake children up before 2 p:m” But Ms. Taylor, these children just came back from trips We allow them to rest.
9/23/99(Ms. B. Cox) Came for “re-inspection.” Of what I asked?
“We have not received water test.” But our water
comes from public water source, the City Tap”?

out and wrote us 10 violations for “obstructing DOH’s inspection.”

Documents supplied and “LOST OR MISSING”
